    ... into the red light district, we found that it had gone and had been replaced with a tapas bar. One highlight on the way was finding a specialty craft beer shop where I started drooling.     ... laundry was done, we went in search of dinner and randomly found an excellent little Italian restaurant. I had amazing saltimbocca, it was one of the best things I've eaten so far on the trip.

    Today we drove through some wonderful countryside as we made our way from St. Goar to Amsterdam, along the way we saw some snow and scary looking forests! It was a beautiful drive but a long one, About an hour outside of Amsterdam we stopped and the 'Cheese and Clog' factory, the son of the owner gave us a demonstration, facts and history on both.
