    ... of the right corridor, just to eliminate all possible options again, but no, still no room 100. He then did the same for the left corridor, and hey!, there it was all along. And where was it? Well, it was the furthest room on the right hand end of the corridor between rooms 105 and 106! Don't know why we didn't look there to start with.

    ... I can't even imagine how high up we were, but the buildings down below looked tiny!! The view of Florence was amazing, and worth the climb. After the Duomo, we checked on the line at the Accademia, the museum where Michelangelo's David is. The line was quite long, so we passed on it and instead checked out the San Lorenzo Market and the Central Market.     ... It is on a magnificent Avenue and is obviously an old beautiful home turned into a hotel. We get here earlier than usual check in time but welcomed any way.
    After check in we ask if we can get something to eat and are shown out onto the deck by the pool where we have a bottle of wine and bruschetta - beautiful!
