... an escape from reality, but I still have classes, and I go to the market everyday because I'm still not settled in my apartment. The days go by just as quickly, if not quicker than they do back home. I was hoping for things to slow down so I could just focus on being a tourist, but that hasn't happened yet. Hopefully once I have a routine, that will be a thing.
-These days, I always need to find time to look into trips, run errands, do homework, exercise, go to class, ...

We had a slow, leisurely and rather rip off lunch of pizza and Caprese salad but it was ...

... We had a local guide who took us through the church. He was very funny. We had time to shop and take snaps. We then headed to a vineyard in Monte Carlo, Tuscany. There we were taken around and explained the process of olive oil and wine making. We then had a superb dinner and lots of wine in a garden dining area. After dinner there was more wine and dancing. Fantastic night had by all. Great end to a great ...

... We can only afford to eat out once a day. I am finding that Italy is equal to Canada. It is not cheap here. Meals are just the same price. That was something I learned and so now we have to budget ourselves every day. I am doing pretty good with it so far. Especially since hostels cost more than we thought, we have to spend between $20-30 bucks a night and we thought it would be between $10-20. We are planning to spend a few more days in Florence because we love Tuscany! We are ...
