... green salads with enjoyable dressings and the maultaschen came with a fresh capsicum tomato ragout. I started with the maultaschen (translated literally as mouth bags haha!!) They were lovely pockets of light pasta beautifully crisped in the pan on the outside. The filling included tofu and was a finely blended texture if a little dry.
