I had to make a speech and was presented with a gorgeous golf towel and glove with the club logo on both. The weather was perfect today, sunny with a cool breeze. When we went to cross the road in our golf carts, the traffic stopped for us!! Very ...

SO, I hired the mad taxi driver Mary Anne after I shoved all our luggage back into the car quite haphazardly. Off she sped past joggers, bikers, only to arrive at the queue for automobiles, and we waited and waited for and hour and a half, getting more and more anxious, and ****** off! Why aren't ...

... had. We had a whole quiet lounge to ourselves. Thanks DFDS! Longest disembarkation ever - 50 minutes and we were the very last car off. Someone has to be I suppose! Journey back home included an hour and a half on M25 crawling past Heathrow. (People actually do this day in day out). Eventually arrived back in Farnie at 9.30 Slightly over 3000 miles travelled, only 3 nights in a bed. Will do it again somewhere else! THE ...
