... bbqs, heaps and heaps of people are floating down the river ....looks like great fun !! It's really hot out but we make our way back and shower and step out for dinner at bout 9.30 ...oh it takes us 15 to walk to this very hip street that has bars right out in the middle of the road and certainly going off for a Friday night ,..not as noisy and crazy as it would be in AUS !! Maybe they can't drink as much because of the prices !! So no ones getting ****** ...

... however its not evident in Switzerland. I mention this since our hotel might have been one of the pricier places, however it does not give an aura of this. Switzerland is more about "tradition". Most hotels that I have seen are rather dated and quite old. This is not a bad thing of course, but managing expectations is key.
