... set just off the narrow beach and with the pine trees framing the sea it was an idyllic setting. I don't think many foreigners go there because the pilotage book does not really say much about it so it was all the local Greek community who were out enjoying themselves over the weekend. Families were out for a relaxed time and the children were all having fun in the safe water.

Throughout the trip we come across pine, carob, cypress, and many olive trees found on rocky slopes, we see caves of different size on a higher level, more olive groves closer to the village as we approach. It seems that the villagers have their own produce of virgin olive oil.
