We arrived in Como after a long drive from Bassano via Verona and the Hertz office to replace, yet again, the GPS. The Neverlost might be the case on the odd occasion that it works, but without it getting lost is actually quite simple. Anyway, we found the office and a very kind man who quickly replaced the unit and we were on our way. Verona had been recommended to us as a place to visit - not sure why. We arrived in this beautiful city at dusk so we weren't able to get the most out of it. We arrived at the Milan Bergamo airport at around 8:30. We met a nice lady at the tourist desk who helped us ...

Lake Como - Menaggio

... ferry ride across a few of the popular villages such as Bellagio. We discovered why there was only 1 hostel in Lake Como, everyone is old and everything is expensive! So this wasn't a party place but still very beautiful to see. It had gotten too cold to go swimming so we just did some sight seeing and explored all of the cute back Italian streets. I was sick as a dog and it was freezing (so much for a European summer) so we did a lot of cafe hopping ...
