Verona and Padua
... caught up on the history I missed in school... Padua - a university town, the 3rd oldest in Europe, where Galileo taught. We visited St Anthony of Padua Cathedral, gothic architecture. We are staying near Venice, on the Adriatic Sea. Lovely, lovely seaside town with a marble boardwalk, fine sand and the roar of the surf (collected seashells to show Hope and Chloe) Our guide arranged for a turkey dinner for us, an unusual meal for Italians, nice touch. ... tem naj bi začela s pakiranjem, ampak se je teta oglasila na obisku. Uredila sem še svoj prenosnik, da ga bo lahko Simon formatiral. Mama je začela s pripravo pice, vmes je poklicala Petra. Kr naenkrat je bla ura že 19h. S težkim srcem sem se nazadnje le lotla pakiranja.
