        ... earlier on. The red was also pretty nice. She got us to hold a white napkin underneath the tilted wine glass. If you see a change of colour from light to dark that means it's a young wine. This was a good tip. I will remember that. I think the last one was my favourite which was the sparkling wine. The said we should concentrate on the bubbles. If the bubbles are small it means that it's a good sparkling wine. Smaller the better. After the tour ended Erdem asked what will they do ...

        ... and is actually quite good, even by North American standards. It wouldn't have been my top choice for today, but one of the other hostel goers managed to convince me to hide out for a few hours in air-conditioned bliss, and grab some lunch there. Between the 9 of us there, there were 7 nationalities (Canadian, English, American, Jamaican, Ukrainian, Georgian, and Romanian) and 8 languages (English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, German, French, Georgian, and Romanian).
