Venice
... there are two foot bridges here as well. They call out when approaching the corner -- everyone seems to have their own distinct "OH", "OY", "O-AY" and various other sounds and words. And it's quite fascinating to see the amount of cooperation between these men who must go forward and backward, hugging the buildings. It's not a competitive sport like driving is back home (or how I hear it is in Rome!)

Venetian Explorations
... parts of Venice we haven't seen yet so that is interesting. We also hear many tales of ghosts and legends. We see where Marco Polo's house was and hear a tale of his wife throwing herself into the canal. We see many interesting sights and places. Daniel and I enjoy a good Ghost Tour. This one isn't too long and leaves us back near the Rialto Bridge. We enjoy a vaporetto ride down the Grand Canal at night back home.
