... port since Barcelona. Pizza, lasagna, and gnocchi where shared around our table. When dinner was done, we worked our way back to the Rialto Bridge to catch an evening gondola ride. After watching the gondolas bob like corks in the lagoon area, we knew we needed to head inland for a quiet and calm ride in the smaller canals. It was beautiful. ... it was under cover unfortunately but after waiting in line a long time we were pretty impressed with the mosaics. We spent the rest of the day getting lost in the backstreets and trying to avoid the crowds in the San Marco area. An afternoon thunderstorm drove the masses away and we then got a free go at the place. Mum I am really enjoying Campari Spritz! We found a cute little bar area where we had dinner and then ...
