... our hotel. From the station
it was less than a five minute walk, however, from the main strip along the
grand canal, the side streets look like dodgy alleyways where a mugger could be
waiting (although, Venice is not known for violent crime). We managed to find

that Venice would be expensive, but our area near Santa Lucia station was
cheaper than other cities we had visited.

So we took our own long break at a sunny table in nearby Campo Formosa. Pransiamo! "We are eating lunch!" I finally remembered a relevant word. Got a smile from the waiter anyway.

Something Battery Boy said was going to be too touristy for him but after the thirty minutes silently gliding through the canals giving another perspective of Venice he disembarked from the gondola confessing he enjoyed the whole experience. ...

Well that’s today in a wrap. A bit of Venice, a bit of travel and a bit of Florence. A big day out in Florence and Pisa we’ll have tomorrow.

      Peace out girl scouts

      ... pattern?!?!
This is all we did today and I absolutely looooved it. We got back to the hotel changed for dinner. My mom and me sat on our hotels roof top and shared a bottle of wine while just looking down on the city. We had on last amazing dinner and then came back to sleep after another fantastic ...
