We were able to finish without hesitation and missing the bus all because of the great staff at this amazing restaurant.    After rushing to the bus and not knowing the reason behind Nestle and the strict timing, I was a bit confused. We arrived at the national headquarters and the outside views were unprecedented. I have never seen views such as these in my entire life. Going in the bulding it was amazing and the ...

However, just before departure the quiet was interrupted by a rowdy French crowd heading for a Swiss weekend away. I slouched and put my feet up to get a view of the French scenery (the windows on the TGV train have a senseless big block in the middle, so sitting upright you have no views whatsoever) but the ...

... pastures such a vivid green and looking as though they have been mown. Picture perfect is the only way to describe rural Switzerland. All so neat - Even the cows look happy and organised, grazing on lush grass and producing the milk for the local Gruyere cheese. On the steep hillsides, grass is still cut by hand, dried forthe cows to eat in winter. The trip is 112km long but takes nearly 3 hours because some parts are so steep. On the round trip ...
