    ... version, has only 13k's on the clock when we picked it up. Back to Chamonix and we popped down to watch the Climbing World Cup. We were drinking a beer, sitting in the square and life was pretty grand. Check out the guy hanging on the Zlagboard. This was attracting all the macho-men.     ... about half an hour we called it a day, and returned the kit to the ski shop in Chamonix. We had enough time for a quick coffee before taking the train back to Les Tines. The rest of the afternoon was spent relaxing in the sun on the little terrace of our cabin, and having a recuperative doze!

    We are off "snowshoeing" tomorrow morning - a little easier on the knees, I hope....
