Martine drove us through the Pyrenées into Spain, this morning. We explored San Sebastián and then had tapas for lunch. It was fun to try out our Spanish. We found a great ice cream shop and also bought some souvenirs. From there, we went back into France and spent some time in Saint Jean de Luz. This town is famous because it is here that Louis XIV married Eugenie of Spain, forming the Peace Treaty of the Pyrenées. Lastly, we went to ...

He was obviously being polite and not ...

Georg and I have a similar sense of humor (haha rare find for me) and I was pretty lucky because Georg is a surf instructor and lives a five minute walk from the beach.

I wish I could write a bunch for this entry but all what I really did for the week was surf and cook food every day. It was pretty great and I owe Georg big time.

Stormy weather!!!
After leaving the National Park, we arrived in Burgos to find a barrier across the access road to the Municipal Camp site. After our experience in wandering around Cordoba we were becoming fed up with Municipal sites and continued onto a village about 10 kms from Burgos which Alan Rogers Guide said was opened from 1st February.Camping Puerta de la Demanda; ...
