    ... mixed with apple juice and apple brandy, and apple jelly. We got to taste the apple cider which I didn’t care for and the apple brandy (calvados) which was good. They have to call theirs apple brandy not calvados because they are not in the calvados district (like champagne). As you can tell from the photos they also had beautiful flowers everywhere.     In a very grey gloomy drizzle we left Bayeux about 9.30 having had an unsettled night with rain hammering on the roof. We stopped briefly at a Super U in Troarn to empty our toilet tank, but the shop was not open.     ... right lane and they all drive slower than the cars. It makes it a little difficult to navigate around them and stay out of everybody's way.
