Neat City
I arrived from Zurich after an incredibly(Joking) long 1-hour train ride. Again the weather was rainy and miserable when I arrived. I easily found my youth hostel and dropped my bag off.

... Arrived in Neuchatel, had to take a funicular down from the station to the lake. Found the hotel and checked in to find the hotel had no AC and it was hot. At least the windows opened wide and I could get a little breeze. Internet access so I did some blog work and then wandered the town.
