... ended up at a funky little creperie where we had some delicious crepes with cider. We talked about dessert and were going to stop at another creperie for dessert but we were no less full when we got there so we passed. Then we took the long ride back home. Kara dropped me off at my house around 11 pm. It was a lovely way to celebrate Mother's Day. Thank you, Kara!!

When visiting Bonhomme's fantastic ice castle, my wife was innocently trying to educate the children by letting know that we were in the snowman's castle. The young volunteer standing nearby, looking quite offended, quickly stepped in to correct her, "It's Bonhomme, not a snowman". Lesson learned!

Over our stay, we returned to ...

... scenery (where dogs are not allowed) and saw two Caribou. We kept on driving until we ended up in Sacre Coeur, about two hours from Baie Comeau. The motel was pretty good for being in the middle of nowhere, except Bogie hogged too much of the bed. After showers and shakes, we set-off along the shores of the St Lawrence and completed our provisions shopping in Baie Comeau by ...
