... a young Sapper from the Royal Engineers regiment. It seemed quite sad to see him lying there alone and it made me wonder about the circumstances leading up to his death well apart from other members of his regiment.

I'm now relaxing in my cheap-and-cheerful IBIS budget hotel in the commercial zone of this large town. The price suits ma poche quite well after a very expensive stay at a Logis-branded hotel last night. And, what's more, the shower here has fibre optic lighting that creates a funky disco feel when you take a dip. I'm quite tempted to douche again later this evening, and maybe tomorrow morning too.

Wifey was sat there reading her book and tanning her legs.
