I know it's been a while since I've posted, but have no fear, I am not one of the unfortunate 8 souls who died last weekend from an avalanche in the surrounding areas. True stat. I haven't done any crazy traveling the past two weeks, but I have visited some pretty cool places that I can fill y'all in on!

So we waited at a café at the station for a couple of hours while Sean (our fantastic group leader) tried to get us on the next train. The waitress at the café was a character and was more than happy to help me practise my French! We found out that the train strike in France finished, just before the air traffic strike started, so that was nice of them to not screw up everyone’s travel plans all at once.
