... next adventure, a cog railway up to a glacier. One that used to be so big it was known as the La Mer de Glacé (Sea of ice). Unfortunately those days were long gone. There were markers along the walk down to the glacier that showed its size in years gone by. It has really shrunk in the last decade, which was quite saddening. We watched the World Cup and it appears my good luck charm suggestions are not true, oh well. Tomorrow is cheese and chocolate!
