... look like anything had really touched them in a very long time. I got down inside a few of them and snapped some pictures. As I tend to be very nostalgic I hung around that forest for about an hour. Just taking in the nature, the quiet and the history of what happened. For the last time on this trip we awake to breakfast and then set off for the long journey home.........I am sure it wont be long before we cover some of this tarmac again !!
... and it took us the two hours as expected which also included the taxi ride.
Once we got back we had some dinner. We went to one of the best places to get chips called Fritzland. They fry them twice. Very yum. We ended up deciding on some chips that are directly on a a baguette with stake, vegetables and tartare sauce. it was delicious.
Did i say best chips ever. They were.
