... in the south is absolutely stunning with plenty of bush/wild camping if you want some peace and quiet, or stay in b&b’s or small hotels if that’s your scene. So forget what I said before. France is bloody great mate! Only stay away from the 'big name’ draw cards, and
hit the rural roads.

On our way back to the UK now where we will store the truck in a caravan storage facility (a paddock) until next year when we will move further into Europe.

... for beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a couple of paragliders, and the fresh new snow on all the peaks.

This will be our last entry for this trip! If you've been reading along - thanks! We have had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the company of good friends Cindy and Ted McCord on these last 2 weeks of it!

When we got to the cable car Planpratz Cable we went up the Brevent (3200m) cable car to get a 360 degree view. We sat on the top and had a look at the route we had walked and to see some of the climbers, who were using the railings at the view platform as belay anchors for the shear face below us.
