They all fought in the WW1, my great uncle Hugh also fought in Gallipoli but was shot and injured there then reenlisted and was sent to France. We started our first day on the …

Having not done an awful lot since my Round The World Trip other than Graduating, I went with some of my uni friends to Lille in France for a day trip to see the Christmas Markets.

It was a really long day, getting up at 3:45am to drive to Chingford, and not arriving back home until 1:20am the next morning...but it was a lot of fun! Great to spend some time ...

The town with the rudest people I have ever met

A travel blog entry by frankieg on Jun 11, 2013

... They were young people, she went straight to them and when I pointed out I was there first shood me away. I finally got a beer but she would not come out and serve me again not only that she was making comments about me to other customers so much so they were becoming embarassed.

Thirdly I tried to go to a restaurant but the waiter or owner stood infrount of the doors and would not let me in.

I had only been in the place ...
