Tonight I returned to the place that had been crowded on Monday, however tonight there was no entertainment. I ordered one of the regional specialties from the menu: Schäufele mit hausgemacht Kartoffelsalat und grüner Salat (pork shoulder with home-made potato salad and a green salad).       Bus ride to Black Forest this morning. Walk through medieval Colmar this afternoon. Breisach was first European city. During the 30 years war, inhabitants dropped from 9000 to 900. Stork cam setup on roof of church to watch the storks nest. Trucks are not allowed on autobahn from 10 pm Friday night to 10 pm Sunday night. They must pull off road and wait until they can resume.       ... reserved, so I asked a waitress if there were any empty seats. She indicated that I could wait for the next empty table or sit at the bar, which I decided to do. I looked over the fairly extensive menu and picked the Saltimbocca von Seehecht dazu Risotto mit Salat (Hake, which is similar to haddock or cod served on risotto with a salad) and a glass of white wine.
