Bit of a sleep in today and a much needed "rest day" Arber and I cooked us pancakes for breakfast.. Yummy!! Then we set about doing some laundry etc so that we had something to wear as we had just about run out from Kosovo. I entered work mode and did a couple hours of stuff, emails etc... Arber and I were in need of some fresh air, so we set off on a walk through the "forest", or as ...

Arriving just in the nick of time, Arber and Besim collected us from Vienna airport just as their was a suspicious unattended bag in the arrivals section of the he airport. Our hotel for the next few days is a Sport Hotel(!!) So, we are all on a little bit of a health kick!

The hotel comes with a large gym which is free for guests to use - we took advantage of that alot!! There's also a bowling alley inside the hotel. In our heads, we were imagining a big hi-tech bowling centre like David Lloyd; what we got was a VERY dated room that smelt like sick and 3 VERY old bowling lanes with what looked like melons for bowling balls. Still, we ...

... the local advice to find accommodation at the nearby town of Ansfelden. Stockinger Hotel 4 star $100 euro a night is very nice, but we preferred the nearby Zimmer (B&B) Herzog zu Laah. Laaher Strabe 50, 4052 Ansfelden. $80 euro a night with large breakfast. A beautifully renovated farmhouse with clean and friendly furnishings. The next morning we again had a lot of km ahead, so in 5 hours ...
