    ... it was, coming here from Copenhagen! Not just the terrain, language, culture and climate, but everything seems so inexpensive here. Food and drink cost a fraction of what I was spending in northern Europe.     ... only 1000 soldiers are stationed here. Sadly we didn't spot any!Throughout the town there were colourful murals on the sides of buildings depicting local life.     We are warmly welcomed at the hotel for our 5 night all inclusive stay. Our room is very spacious with an excellent balcony and sea views. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens.

    We spend the next few days relaxing locally and travelling around the southern tip of Fuerteventura.
