I am hearing from other people it's because she's a witch. On our 3rd day of the cruise, we arrived to Samana, Dominican Republic and were greeted by dancers, to which our friend was able to part take in a free dace lesson. Here we waited for about 45 mins as the taxi cab driver hoped to fill up 6 more spots in his van. A big waste of time but nonetheless, well worth the wait.
