... be him with everyone in black wetsuits and white swimming hats it's difficult to spot anyone, So we dash to the swim exit and 16 minutes later he runs up the ramp well up in his group. Now three laps of the bike course he acknowledges his support crew's cheers, five noisey supporters with Union Jack waving , no wonder he is going well. On to the run its now a breeze for Graham who runs past the faster cyclists into the home straight . 2nd GB 9th ...

Graham had to register and do a team photo this morning, so I opted to stay in the village. I wandered to the supermarket and explored shopping Mall which was part of a huge swimming pool complex which looked very exciting. The family were arriving tonight and expected the fridge to ...

We walked to the tourist information office for a ...

... One more nerdy item to add to the list. The day started out better as there wasn't any rain. So we spent the first part of the morning walking a path along the river behind our hotel. This river lead up to the base of the giant mountain. We took our time enjoying the forest and walking the hikers and cyclists go by. There was even a school group riding their bikes down the path. It was a great area to spend the morning. If we had all day, and my feet ...

9:40am Ready early as usual, so sitting on the train hoping that the drizzly weather will lift for our journey from Interlaken to Geneva. We were going to have a last leisurely hotel breakfast, but 3 people squashed up next to us, they could have chosen another table, and pigged their breakfast down..it was a bit off putting. 10:52 Sergy, France What a fantastic journey and day..it snowed in places..it rained in some places and the cloud lifted ...
