Next thing we did was go to an amusement park along the wharf front. We went on a big roller coaster called the shock ride. It is really scary and goes in circles, puts you upside down and some times you rock back and forth. It hurts your head.

... Lemon cake with ice cream and strawberry coulee. The cake was as light as air, it was absolutely scrumptious. Luckily I managed to sneak a few bites! After all the food and all the wine we ended our meal with a cup of coffee and made our way back to the hotel. That night we didn't want to walk too far after a big day of walking so the four of us went to a nearby restaurant. We chose the restaurant because there was a sign in the ...

... hacky-sack playing, shirtless crews lounged around on the grass, Emile and I set up shop on a park bench.

Emile and I both agree that we often find ourselves in very romantic settings but tend to do something to make them less romantic. Instead of clinking glasses, holding hands and taking in the view together, he was watching the stock market on his iphone and since I forgot glasses, I was taking a swig straight from the champagne bottle. ...
