Last dinner tonight – so good. Grilled veg to start then M had hake and me the tuna.
Then the desserts – OMG! I had chocolate mousse with mango which came with ice cream and tiny slices of apple and squares of marshmallow. – sublime.
Woke to birds singing this morning and the dirt bike boys leaving at 9:30.
Breakfasted outside and then to the pool.
Spent most of the day there, breaking off for lunch and to watch Bradley Wiggins thrashing them at the Olympic road race time trial to win gold – what a hero!
Very good dinner again tonight.
I had grilled prawns as a main which were superb.
Got woken at 6am with the bells making a hell of a din calling the monks to matins. Breakfasted, did a route, packed bikes and left about 10am.
