... and lively conversation. Normand was our trusty driver for the dark road back home as night time is falling so much earlier as we creep closer and closer to the solstice. We were all tired when we returned home, but Stella managed to stir us up when she had a close encounter of the SKUNK kind when she went out to make her rounds. Luckily she just got a little spray and Gary hustled her into the shower. ...

We drove for 3 hours the first day of our trip, occasionally glancing at each other and smiling and laughing and high fiving. This day finally came and we were crazy for doing it and ready for it all at the same time. I think my body decided to do the freaking out instead of my mind because my allergies went bananas. I went through half a box of Kleenex and looked like a hot mess by ...

A Full Day of Riding in the Rain

We traveled down the St. Lawrence and saw the Montmorency Falls on the way. We saw our first marine mammal, a harbor seal today with hopes of many more tomorrow. We saw several large ships and a ferry but not many other boats. We arrived here about 4:45 PM. It's a small marina with rock breakwaters. We had a quick rain shower after we arrive with a ...

... Luckily it was less than the 2 last days. Arrived in Baie St-Paul under a dark sky again, but not much rain hit me! Discovered that it starts to hurt a bit in your face when going over 60km/h, that's why a bike has breaks I guess. Found a nice little motel with small room (see pic). Has all I need a shower and a bed. Now it's time for a little walk to the village centre and find some food for the evening and tomorrow morning.
