... line-height: normal;">So, we "just happened" to walk past another little restaurant that looked attractive and stayed for a lovely typical Italian meal of sea-food pasta in pesto and another dish similar but with a tomato base, and a nice bottle of local white plonk....and some lemonchello (sp?)... And a superb Italian short-black coffee "espresso"...

... dishes. Then a nice chicken/vegetable/potato soup. Next, tried little octopus in a sauce - they were not chewy at all, very good. And then beef and chicken that were so moist and tender. Ate way too much, but the variety and flavors were so good. The dessert was fruit which included fresh figs and grapes (looked like blueberries). Then went to bed extremely full and tired...needing to prep for day ...

A Population of only 12k. Three forts, massive city walls on a tiny hill overlooking the cove. Streets are paved (since 1700) in rose limestone, very pretty. Iron industry here since the Etruscan times (hence the name). It's very green (but we are further north than before), from certain angles it could be NZ.
