... roads is very slow. Our hotel is located about 8 km outside Baden Baden and is set in the middle of a grape vineyard. It is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are extremely large and comfortable with views over the vineyard. The name of the hotel is Rebenhof. One thing to note on today's drive is how fast the Germans five on the Autobarn. Combine this with hills, a windy road, lots of cars and walkers and of course the beautiful scenery. Tomorrow we ...

Stopped by at this city because we couldn't find anywhere to stay that was conveniently situated in between Switzerland and Cologne, hence we decided to stay in another country. The accommodation here was pretty bad, there were only bedding for 4, no wifi & the pillows were more like flat pieces of cotton. Anyways, the city ...

... As the day was reasonably clear we were rewarded with expansive views over the Baden-Baden valley. It was a popular spot for paragliding and we saw a few jumpers gliding down the valley. While there was a sign to the paragliding, we couldn't find the spot from which Louise could launch. The mountain top area had some nice gardens and picnic areas (and advertised sunbathing lawns) along ...
