I need to mark Basel on the map & would also like to say to anyone reading this that might be planning a trip to the area, we stayed at The Passage hotel - it was EXCELLENT ! and I would highly recommend it; awesome shower, big rooms, comfy bed, mini fridge (if you can afford that sort of thing), a fantastic gym downstairs, and just a hop, skip, and jump away from anything and everything you could possibly want. ...

Not only is it cheaper in Germany but the swiss also get 20% back on any purchases when returning to the store next time due to the german Government allowing non german citizens to not have to pay tax on most goods. We spent a few hours looking around yet another beautiful little town. They had a lot of fountains and nice stores. Erin made a few purchases at her new favourite store 'Vero Moda' with Kev's help.
