It was another early start today, but well worth it. Today we would be visiting Luzern, Switzerland, a beautiful lake town located in central Switzerland. Our first stop was the Lion monument,which was built in the 1800s to commemorate over 700 Swiss guards who gave up their lives in order to protect Louis XVI at the start of the French Revolution. We did a few stops at rest areas along the way, a European law for all tour bus drivers...mandatory stops and designated stop times and orders as well.
