    ... it was breathtaking. This also helped to motivate everyone else to get up and out of bed after a short night sleep.     ... was kind enough to supply me with champagne and large servings of homemade spaghetti. The night quickly turned into a champagne party, as did the next at the hostel and we all hit the town together. The bar we went to actually reminded me of a pub i would find in Halifax, with live music every night. So I easily convinced the group to go back the next night...     ... Interlaken was really small, but still had a lot of Swiss character. Most of the shops were closed on Sunday so we went to see the lake. There was an adorable hotel right on the dock at the lake with a bunch of sailboats put away for the winter, but I can only imagine how pretty it would be in the summer. The locals were very friendly by smiling and trying to help is figure out where we need to go. A lot of them had dogs, and they were all very healthy and in shape ...

    ... myself to go first in all of the tasks because I knew I would chicken out if I saw someone go before me. The hardest part for me was the repelling, as the guides were just like "well you lean 90 degrees backwards over the cliff side and just step step step step, and down you go!" ... Excuse me WHAT??
