    ... we came across this on a few occasions, once in the Toys R Us store, another at one of the BIG bus hop on points and also at the airport when checking in for an American airlines flight.... the rudeness of the employees when dealing with paying customers. When asking for assistance or being helped, you could almost feel the resentment of having to do their job and what a pain it was for them to be helping you.

    Today we made our first venture onto the Subway, via the Pennsylvania Subway Station. Our first adventure was Uptown to the 9/11 Memorial Site including the 9/11 museum. After thinking we would probably be at the museum, we ended up leaving some 4 hours later.

    ... a day like that was feast. We headed down to Max Brenner known for it’s desserts to celebrate the chocolate lover in all of us.
