'To starfish' / meeting a seadog
... salad plus playing monopoly (the greek version!). There were no chance

We have discovered that Voulz has been using a funny word in her Gre-nglish. Every time we've had a nice meal, as appreciation she has told the waiter that the food was 'thavmasio', which she thought meant it was awesome but actually means miraculous, which in Greek context of food is probably making it clear to the waiter that we're not locals...if they were in any doubt LOL We've decided to adopt it as one of our words of the trip and now ...

Paros – where Siesta is a serious business!

Continued on to some seaside towns and “beaches” (mostly either tiny strips of sand, or longer stretches of pebbles – either way, not what we’d call a beach!). The towns were very pretty and all followed a similar pattern with a small harbour full of tiny one, or two-man fishing boats then a line ...
Greece-Day 4 (Paros)
... is gigantic!!! It has what seems like hundreds of ferries all over the place which at 6am and being dark, yet turning into day everything was all lit up so it made everything look so much bigger. The ferry itself was enormous!!! It had 3 levels and was very nice in how it was set up. We stayed on the 2nd level which was nice since there were tables and chairs to relax in, as we had a 4 hour ferry ride to look forward to from 7.30am-11.30am.
