... the courtyard of the castle was got a lovely view of the Rhine and it was sooooo sunny. Such a shame the morning was not! The castle is the only hill castle never to be destroyed and has been lived in for over 700 years. We climbed Riders’ Stairway which was hewn into the bedrock and used by the horsemen. the Aussies was a St Kilda supporter- I don't think I need say any more. This
morning one of the other Aussies came down for breakfast in a Melbourne
gurnsey. Most of us went home around 10pm but some stayed on to party. Walking
