... Japan and a historic bridge. Not sure either of those descriptions is true but who am I to question them?
Trudged up to the castle - Uwajima-jo. As if I haven't seen enough castles! I should have saved my energy though as the castle was almost gone - just the bit in the picture remaining and I'm sure it was recreated - well at least restored. And it looked like all the other castles. The view was good though.
The last lot of shopping malls have merely been arcades. ...

... thunder banged against my ear drums. And then hail hit me in the head. The wind came out of nowhere and almost pushed me into the road. Then it started flinging me side to side and for the first time ever in Japan I was actually scared. That's when I started running. I had to get off this ******* bridge or I would end up in the river! At the end of the bridge a blue car rushed past me and made a sharp right turn. I could hardly see for the rain but from the neon ...

... miserably. The times were well spent with great people. We tried all different kinds of sake who’s names I can’t remember…surprised?

The evening continued or should I say spilled over to a neighboring city. We had some more drinks there with some great times again. The toughest part about being here has now been the arm wrestling. For some reason, I get challenged to arm wrestle all the time. I must have had ...
