We remained in Tournan for the morning and toured the local castle which again is mainly 15th century. Usual situation built by the local Duc to tax passers by on the Rhone and local landowners etc with the church becoming involved when his line finished.
A detailed wine tasting followed so Sunday morning 11.00 hrs maybe a little early for some of us to be back on the alcohol!

... people in Montelimar do not take the subject lightly. For me, being ignorant on the subject, the protest was more of a photographic opportunity. I also got to meet a lot of people from all over Europe and even heard of some other people from the US. I spent most of the time with one of the other English teachers at the school, an Irish guy named David. After the protest David and many other musicians met up at a bar and played some really interesting music.
