Perissa was equally quiet, we shared the entire stretch of black sand beaches with only a handful of others. The water was still warm - and Bridge regretted not bringing her bathers. If we did it again, we would probably stay at this end of the island. AMBIENCE: I was really impressed the moment I stepped in, but I guess all visitors feel the same. The ground floor, by the Reception area is covered with 'Pentelikon' marble and mosaics, the Dome & the popular "La Brasserie" give a feeling of luxury found in 5* hotels.

It's also tradition for them to try to walk like horses, so they do a lot of super slow motion stamping and scuffing their feet. It's odd. Afterwards, a bunch of people from the tour decided we needed food, so we went and got €2.50 gyros that were so amazing! YUM! By this time, it was about 2:30, and I left my new buddies in search of ...
