... Market Cruises. One night we saw six tour buses from Viking unloading their passengers at the market. We counted eight or nine tour buses passing our hotel the day we left.

Because we had been to a number of markets already we really didn't see much that was new except for the Prune Men and a stall selling corn on the cob. But you just can't miss this one just for magnitude. There was also a booth selling Gluten free gingerbread and I tried ...

... the profile. That will be very interesting! Well it was an interesting but cold and dark walk through Passau for about an hour and a half but very interesting. Rob went to a soccer match in the evening, Furth against Frankfurt, with the boys, their team didn't win unfortunately :(, but they all had a few beers and a great time ...

... hour, a bit bumpy landing but otherwise ok. On arrival we were greeted by Gabby, Gerhart and Gabby's parents. We all jumped in their people mover and headed 20 mins to their village where we met the rest of the family, I think I counted 12. Friendly bunch all talking in German and me doing lots of nodding. After cake, coffee, beer, schnitzel, white wine, red wine, and panadol, I headed to bed for an early night, feeling ****** with my cold taking hold ...

I don't remember the last time I sat with my sister Sharon (or for that matter with anyone) and just talked for days together. Though Sharon and I have always kept in touch, we never really had the opportunity to sit around and catch up on each other's lives. With both of us living in separate continents, we only met with the entire family when we all would go on short holidays or on phone or skype for ...
