After a lazy start we slip the bout and gear over to feel up and go onto the quay to explore . A stroll around the town and try to hunt some wifi proved quite difficult hence the delay in posting the blog. Some quaint streets and novel ideas but nothing too lively just a boat graveyard. When we return to the boat the customs boys are nearby again but this time they leave us alone. Dinner a shore for Eric to have his mussels and frites before setting off next morning to ...

Time to leave and just as a little reminder Ellisa decides to play up again with her gears - something more serious that we hope will hold out till she is back in the UK for further investigation. It was great to see our French flag up again after 2 months and ...

... blushing and going quiet as people talked to her. Leaving Lochronan behind we then headed to the town of Quimper which was around 30mins away. After enjoying Lochronan so much, Quimper paled in comparison and there was not a great deal to see. So we left after about one hour and headed home. Once the children were in bed we then spent a couple of hours tidying the house in preparation for departing ...

    Day 8

Day 8 Set alarms to wake early, and after a quick breakfast of some rather squashed croissants, we packed up, cleared the dishes and loaded up the car. I wrote in the visitors book. M. Bizien turned up at 9.30. Our neighbours were also leaving, and were cleaning, but we'd decided to pay and handed over cash for bed linen and cleaning. We had a warm goodbye, and left before 10. Deb navigated us back via Lesneven and Le Folgoet, ...
