... and fountains and one of the main cathedrals had the most impressive amount of lacy decorative plasterwork that I had ever seen! Alex took photos, but I can't put them on the blog until they can be downloaded onto our computer at home!

we were to be disappointed as the Chateau only had a few lights, so we decided they must have a policy of just putting only enough lights around it to make it look more mysterious!

Great camp site. Peaceful setting. On the bike for supermarche shop for essentials - cheese, pâté, wine and stuff. Just done 20 lengths of the pool. Not as warm as Baringo and considerably less ambience! Nice long evenings as French don't do our messing around with clocks. Perhaps we can be sensible if ...

We left the France Passion site yesterday, and all made our way to Pénestin-sur-Mer, to the campsite called Le Cénic. Quite a large holiday site with swimming pools and slides for the children and a huge bouncy castle! It was 26 degrees and humid!
