After leaving Per and Ragnhild's wonderful hospitality for most of the last month, we caught the train to Gardemoen Airport via Oslo, and stayed the night at a hotel near the airport as we had to be at the airport at 07.00, and would have had to leave Skien at 03.30 otherwise.
