... in these caves, we're having a look tomorrow! Had the ritual shower & clothes wash, went for a walk then had dinner in the hotel. The meals were giant sized, I took a photo of the meals but took a blurry photo so you won't get to see the gigantic meals. But you can see my desert! Well, that wraps it up for today, a report tomorrow on the cave tour! And we have another long ride tomorrow, 60 kms coming ...

... Italian restaurant in the pouring rain, it threatened rain all day but luckily we got here before the sky's opened up. It's stopped raining now and I suspect will be fine tomorrow for our ride. ... of the town! Boy we were buggered by the time we got into the Galant Hotel at 6pm, 83 kilometres on a hot day, bit tough for the first day! But we don't leave here till 11am tomorrow morning so can have a look around, we get a car ride to nearby Drnholec to start tomorrow's ride. ... Minnesota), and their boyfriends Tomas (both of them). I had the distinct honor of learning to waltz and polka from Jan (John) from Olomouc. Czechs learn to dance in school, and Jan happened to travel with a competitive Czech folk dancing troupe, so I was in good hands. I have promised to remember my moves at least until we meet in again in Olomouc later this week. One thing I now know: Czechs have got some skills on the dance floor! --Ann

The rolling hills of the Czech Repubic and no mishaps

Fact correction from last blog entry: It was Cassius, not Julius Caesar, who said "The fault ,dear Brutus, is not in our stars,…." My learned Australian editor, John Carrick, called that to my attention.

Three days in Prague (actually 1 full ones) was not enough time, so maybe 3 full days (with no mishaps to slow you down) with 4 nights would do it.
