... purchased 4 carrots at a smaller supermarket for €0.08. Interestingly you see very few over weight people perhaps the Spanish lifestyle contributes to this having the main meal at lunch time. That is probably a positive thing. Most of us have the main meal at night. We find a big lunch with wine really rights off the rest of the day. Still can't get it right.

Today we wake to a thick fog over the river. Late start. Breakfast was wonderful consisting of croissants, fresh rolls, meat selection, cheeses, cakes, jam, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee or tea.
