Me, Tamara, Carmen, and their grandma spent the past week in Langeoog. It is pretty small island, but it has been so much fun. The island doesn't allow cars so we have to bike everywhere, and it is honestly a nice change. It's very peaceful here and the beach is so beautiful. Yes, it is in the North Sea, so the water was freezing but we still went swimming and had such a great time. I definitely hope to come back and vacation ...

Off the northern coast ,across the North Sea ,are a string of islands ,the East and ...

I’m worried about how much weight I’ve put on, just at the Christmas Markets!

    The other great thing ...

Well we have now been cycling for about 350km over 6 days and today was somewhat more relaxed for some of us. Greg and a couple of others of course can't help themselves and went off on a 65 km round trip. The 2 nd and 3 rd days were the hardest, windy and a bit wet, but since then, really lovely. Light winds and fine. We ...

... a good campground. This particular campground (It Wiid at Eernewoude, or Earnew‚ld in Friesian) is very well set up – the amenities are well presented and very clean, there is a well-stocked shop on-site, there is a plethora of activities for young and old alike, from swimming to sailing, and plenty of space. And, the staff here are really lovely and helpful. So, if you are planning an exploration of the Netherlands, this is definitely a good spot ...
