We have had extremely bad internet connectivity the entire trip, therefore we have not been able to make postings of our trip. Plus, we have had such long & busy days there really hasn't been much time to work on it. Most likely, this will have to wait until we are home.

... told us of the local dish which was to be the evening dinner special it was called Truffade. We later on went with that, it consisted of potatoe fried with bacon in Cantelle cheese , basically a fondue served with a crisp green salad and procuitto on the side, the idea was to mix it all up on your plate and man it was good.

I love it! The porcelain fixtures in McDonalds are by Villeroy and Bosch! We started the week by spending the day in Moulins. We went to the cathedral. The outside was stupendous. The main entrance had all been re-faced and the patterns were wonderful. There were some nice stained glass windows, but on the whole, the inside was underwhelming. Lovely medieval town - ...
