... did not use sulfates in their wine and no filtering. The only ingredients in their wine is the grape juice and yeast for fermenting.
This area of Chile is a hot destination for Americans moving to Chile but not for us, it is too crowed and has the feel of coastal towns in California. It does have some spectacular sunsets though. ...

... but we decided to skip it as we were all toured out. We made our way to a few view points and stumbled across Pablo Neruda house which is a museum now. He is a famous Chilean poet who used to come to the house for inspiration. We didn't go in but have been told it is full of bizarre nik naks. He is revered by the Chilean navy who have called a succession of warships after him right up to the present day. He is buried in Westminster Abbey and each year a detachment from the Chilean Navy is sent to lay flowers on his grave.

... kids pool and standard swimming pool. However a large percentage of it was for boat, canoes and wind surfing in. We had lunch afterwards at a really cool restaurant with a sea aquarium underneath on the lower floor. We opted to sit outside thought as it was a beautiful day and we sat and sip cocktails in the sun. Back to the pool for the last couple of hours and a little sun bathed in this luxury resort as we will not get this again for a while. ...
