We left our camp this morning after heavy rain about 12 noon, we didn't intend to go far but ended up doing about 200 miles. We traveled through the city centre of Riga, which was very busy, it was now wet and the roads had a lot of ...

... was very friendly. After dinner we had a walk through the parks and stopped to try some of the outdoor exercise equipment. This was okay, but we preferred the swing! We also walked along the beach and out a ways along the rocky sea wall. The sun was setting, sending swathes of colour across the sky; lilac, red and bright pink much like the un-sun creamed tops of Cat's legs! It was very beautiful and ...

Unfortunately as it is Sunday they were all closed! So we shall have to go back again tomorrow. A quick trip ...

The city's is divided into two distinct characteristics, the trendy high tech ultra-modern environ and the historic Old Town setting. This afternoon we explored the Old Town. It is ...

What a cool place. Its very different to where I've been so far this holiday. The roads are wide an plenty of cycle paths. The houses are ace too. Popped down to the beach which was like something out of Miami. Really nice sunset and the tide was out which left a pretty cool pattern in the sand. Couple of pictures for sure! Found some great street art too! Big fan. Tomorrow the final long distance coach ride to Riga. Very excited. Here's a few pics from ...
