    ... a mention, maybe their time will come. We decided to skip the next two towns and caught the ferry to Vernazza. Here we were greeted with the cutest little bay and harbour. No powerboats were allowed in the harbour so it made for wonderful swimming, we enjoyed lunch in the sun of calamari, hot chips and pesto pizza all washed down with a couple of Morettis.     ... which meant the other 4 people with cases were stuffed. We sat for awhile with our legs wrapped around the cases and bags that would not fit above our heads. Finally someone noticed that other compartments had put their excess cases in the passageway, on their sides so as not to fall over. Our compartment followed suit.
